Hotel reservations
Preferred Hotel Reservations is the official housing agent for this congress. We negotiated special rates and conditions at the hotels listed below for participants of WRFC 2020. You can click on your preferred hotel from the list below to book your hotel. You do not have to login, you will receive login details after you made your reservation. You will need these login details in case you need to change or cancel your booking. Make sure to reserve your hotel as soon as possible, even if your travel is not yet confirmed, as reservations up until 9 rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours prior to arrival at most hotels. Different conditions will apply if you book more than 9 rooms.
